Shipping & Handling


  • Shipping your product in a timely manner is very important to us. However, please keep in mind that not all items are actually stocked by us at any given moment.

  • The items that we do not directly stock are usually available to be drop shipped, such as our CBD oils.

  • Currently, our shipping schedule for most items is Monday through Friday. If you have need of accelerated shipping, you may use the contact form to reach out to us with your specific needs.

  • Himalayan Salt Lamps are picked up at our warehouse and shipped at least twice per week. These are picked up from our warehouse and securely packaged to better ensure they arrive to you undamaged by transit. Since we currently stock our salt lamps offsite, and we estimate between three to five business days to ship them.

  • Wholesale orders may require additional shipping/handling fees, but we strive to ensure that our shipping costs within the system are as accurate as possible.

In-Store Pickup

  • Items ordered Saturday - Thursday will arrive in store to following Friday.

  • If a quicker pickup time is needed please reach out to us via our contact form.


  • At this time, we only accept returns on items that arrive broken or damaged. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product to resolve this. Any return requests that are received after this time frame may be denied, but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
